I absolutely crushed it and managed to complete the entire workout this time. 💪 Last session, I could only make it halfway due to lingering soreness, so this felt like a huge personal victory.

From Couch to Course: My Off-Season Workout Journey
I started today! After years without exercise, I did my first at-home HIIT. My goal: lose weight, get stronger, and reach 72 kg (158 lbs) by summer. Small steps, big changes—one workout at a time.

My body is definitely feeling it—especially my glutes! 🍑 There’s nothing quite like that mix of exhaustion and accomplishment after pushing yourself harder than before. It’s a reminder that consistency pays off, even when progress feels slow.

Every session is a chance to build strength, confidence, and resilience. Today’s win has me more motivated than ever to keep pushing, keep growing, and yes… keep sculpting those glutes!
